With 20+ years of experience, I am a global recruiting leader that is passionate about coaching, leading, inspiring, motivating and driving high performing recruiting teams to find and place top talent. I have been focused on leading global teams to provide a world class candidate experience.
I moved back to Israel to build and lead Facebook/Meta's recruiting team in Israel in 2017. In 2021 I transitioned to lead Meta's Product recruiting teams across international (EMEA and APAC) and in 2023 I was tasked with the honor to lead Meta's global product recruiting teams (across PM/TPM, Design and Analytics).
Prior to Meta, I worked at GoPro as the Senior Director of Global Recruiting, at Airbnb as their Director of Central Recruiting, at Red Hat as a Global Talent Acquisition Manager and at Google as a Sourcing Manager.
